This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa centre, Steam room, and Massage were amazing. the heated Swimming pool was a great advantage, as well as the Spa lounge and the Restaurant. In the room, we had exclusive amenities that were very useful, such as the Leisure/TV room, the private facilities, and the Packed lunches.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the Snack bar. the Special diet menus were not very extensive, and we wished there were more options available.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is situated in the heart of the city center, close to transportation and within a pedestrianized area. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing a warm welcome and going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of the city, surrounded by a bustling pedestrian area. The location couldn't have been better as it was close to everything I wanted to explore. The room I stayed in was both beautiful and spacious, offering a tranquil escape from the city buzz. The service provided by the team was exceptional, making me feel welcomed and ensuring I had everything I needed. The breakfast served in my room was a definite highlight, with freshly made bread, succulent pastries, and a delicious local honey that I simply couldn't resist.
I did notice that there was no on-site restaurant, which limited the dining options available within the hotel.

The room, like the pictures, is gorgeous. The breakfast is excellent with great service. The hotel has a sauna and small gym. The location is perfect, close to sites, restaurants, and shops. The staff is friendly and genuinely interested in guest well-being.
